In March 2023, Keli Group signed a cooperation framework agreement with Shenzhen San Dian Measurement and Control Technology Co., Ltd. and Suzhou Minxin Microelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., a listed company on the Science and Technology Innovation Board, to establish a joint venture company "Keli San Dian" controlled by Keli Sensing, and jointly create a leading enterprise in the electricity sensor industry.
In 2021, we plan to create a group oriented project for the "Four Cities Linkage" of Keli, which includes Ningbo headquarters economy, Shenzhen R&D innovation investment highland, and Anhui and Zhengzhou production bases.
In 2019, the company successfully passed the review work meeting held by the 55th Issuance Review Committee of the China Securities Regulatory Commission. In August, the company was listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
In 2016, the company entered the strategic transformation period of the Internet of Things. Starting the construction of high-end IoT production lines, testing centers, and big data centers, seven IoT subsidiaries have been established, with sales exceeding 5000 IoT products and brand valuations exceeding 460 million yuan.
In 2014, the company's IoT R&D center project was officially put into use, and the wholly-owned subsidiary Anhui Keli Infrastructure was completed. The Keli Museum was officially opened to the public.
In August 1994, the company was established in Sanshan Township, Beilun, Ningbo, with the goal of "becoming a model of China's sensor industry" as the enterprise's goal.
